The location was top, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic and staff was always available. Lots of supplies in the room: coffee, air conditioning and terrace. The lunch in Subway within walking distance of the hotel had every choice imaginable.

Superb place, great for vacation. Location was perfectly comfortable, our room was surprisingly quiet and beautiful. Liked Los Angeles, the hotel was ideal. Had traditional breakfasts on 1st floor. It was good to have bottled drinks in the café bar. Could use their easy parking.

Upon arriving to the hotel we pulled in the drive area and was not greeted by valet, one attendant glanced in the car smerked and continued to walk away, assuming that we had to self park I pulled the car around towards the valet parking area then the same valet attendant flaged us down and told us there was no self parking and that if we wanted to valet here we needed to pay. I then told him it was fine he then quoted a price. I told him again that it was fine and asked if we were aloud to valet, in which he quickly said just pull your car forward. We began to unload the car ourself as the attendant stood by and watched. He began to harass us because there wasnt a licens plate on the front of the car. I let him know that were traveling from out of town our state does not require a front plate, he then kept going on about the plates. Upon entering the hotel we were not greated by front desk agent or what seemed to be the manager standing at the other desk. Check in was breif, some hotel amenities were discussed. Overall this hotel has a non friendly atmosphere. My husband and I have stayed here in the past and generally liked it, however we will not be making plans in the future to stay here or refer this property to other friends or family.
